Dominic Razlaff aka DR, born 1982, is a sound artist from Lower Saxony, Germany. He usually plays synthesizers, acoustic instruments (ukulele and the Portuguese cavaquinho) and he uses field recordings, tape loops & granular synthesis for composing slow ambient and drone soundscapes. His first album on batenim, titled Calm Autumn, is made up of four intense, deep and enchanting tracks able to hold the attention of fans of the genre.
